I am honoured and privileged to serve as a yoga teacher, body worker, and sound healing practitioner driven by a profound desire to bring healing into people's lives, holding space for physical, emotional and spiritual transformation.
My purpose is to guide you in reconnecting with your true self through the transformative powers and sacred arts of Yoga, Kirtan, Mantra, Energetic bodywork and Sound healing.
Fascinated by Eastern philosophies, my teaching style encompasses the full spectrum of the Yoga practice, using the asana to go beyond the asana, with the opportunity to dive in the subtle realms of the practice that works with the energetic body, breath, mantra, kirtan, sound healing, meditation, and embodied philosophy.
As a dedicated bodyworker and sound healing practitioner, I am here to hold a safe space for healing, to facilitate awakening, to share my expertise and gifts in order to be supporting you on your personal journey to rediscover the profound connection to your essence in a nurturing environment.
A time and space to surrender and allow, connect, remember.
Each interaction we have is imbued with intention and tailored to your unique journey and needs.
Together, let us embark into the depths your yoga practice, holistically, fostering your overall well-being through an array of practices.
Together, let us journey on this path of growth, healing, and self-discovery.
I am absolutely delighted and profoundly grateful to have the opportunity to share my deep love for yoga with you. My own journey with yoga began two decades ago when it seamlessly integrated into my life, initially as a vital component of my physical development while pursuing a career in acting. With the passage of time, my personal practice and the thirst for self-discovery transformed into something truly non-negotiable. I had the privilege of experiencing firsthand how the practice extended beyond the physical, eventually guiding me onto the path of becoming a dedicated yoga teacher.
During this incredible journey, I've had the honor of learning from some truly remarkable mentors, including Ari Hunter, Mel Mclaughlin, Noah Maze, Elisha Young, Rachael Coopes, Noelle Connelly, and many other senior teachers in the world of yoga. I started by acquiring qualifications in Vinyasa, Yin, and Kids yoga, and my learning journey has continued to evolve. My commitment to yoga and my ongoing learning journey remains unwavering. Regularly engaging in advanced trainings and mentoring sessions with revered teachers has been instrumental in my ongoing growth, both as an individual and as a yoga professional.
Teaching yoga is, for me, an immense labor of love. I hold a profound belief that nurturing the balance between the yin and yang aspects of yoga is essential for creating a sense of harmony within our bodies, minds, and souls, on and off the mat.
With a deep passion for Bhakti Yoga, I also embrace the practices of mantra, guided by the wisdom of Nadav Khan. As a Kirtan leader, I am honoured to share the sacred practice of Bhakti Yoga and the soothing experience of sound baths as gateways to inner stillness.
My classes are thoughtfully designed to be more than just a work out on the mat. They're intended to be moments of introspection, curiosity, engagement, fun and challenge, all woven together with the threads of compassion and inclusivity. My Vinyasa teaching is versatile, tailored to meet the needs of students at various levels, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. The influence of Ari Hunter has deeply impacted my teaching style, resulting in mindful, creatively and kramically sequenced classes.
At the heart of my teaching pedagogy lies the profound wisdom of Yogic Philosophy. My classes are inspired by philosophical contemplations and timeless concepts from Vedic texts, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoism, poetry and more.
I am passionate about exploring the nuances of subtle anatomy and energetics within the practice, which include the potency of breathwork, meditation, and nidra. Sound has always been a signature in my yoga classes, where you'll often find the enchanting resonance of mantras and the joy of live singing, creating moments of serenity through sound and vibration.
Yin yoga and the intricate world of Traditional Chinese Medicine hold a special place in my heart. Over the years, I've deepened my skills under the guidance of my teacher, Mel Mclaughlin, and ventured into the realms of acupuncture through various courses. As a certified Reiki and bodywork practitioner, I offer healing sessions and provide ZenThai Shiatsu-inspired hands on assists to further guide and support students on their journey.
In my quest to make yoga accessible, I not only teach adults but also have the privilege of guiding children and youth of all ages, spanning from the tender age of 2 to the blossoming age of 18. My work extends across early childhood, primary, and high school settings, where I offer weekly classes and transformative workshops.
My foremost aspiration as a yoga teacher is to foster a sense of community. I hold a profound belief that my purpose in this world is to serve, guide, and lead rather than merely instruct. It fills me with immense pride to craft an inclusive space where each student is lovingly held, attentively heard, and challenged with compassion as they embark on their individual healing journeys through Yoga.
In my perspective, the time spent practicing yoga on the mat is a precious and dedicated moment for self-care, personal growth, and profound awakening even when at times, the practice feels uncomfortable. Regardless of what initially draws students to their mats, whether it's the physical practice or the spiritual journey, it is an opportunity for me to assist them in making awe-inspiring discoveries.
I aim to remind them that it's not solely about mastering yoga poses but embracing the transformative journey. I equip them with the invaluable tools to carry the practice into their daily lives, where the true essence of yoga unfurls—a life lived mindfully, anchored in gratitude, and armed with the lessons learned on the mat to gracefully navigate the challenges of life.
My steadfast belief is that one is never too young or too old to embark on the transformative journey of this comprehensive and holistic practice, which, even in its most demanding form, offers profound and life-changing rewards.

The Teacher
Welcome to my world of healing—a journey that began in my youth, discovering the profound medicine of healing hands through massage, bodywork, gentle energetic touch and sound.
Unbeknownst to me at the time, a path had opened up, revealing the subtle yet deep healing powers that extend beyond the physical, resonating into the psyche and reaching the energetic, emotional, and spiritual layers.
As I navigated through the tapestry of my life as an actor, an intuitive exploration deepened the connection between mind and body. I allowed my body to express itself through various forms—yoga, tai chi, dancing, and singing.
Sound, with its powerful vibration, has always been my passion, providing a somatic experience that I fully embraced. Through a continuously evolving soundscape and the use of my body in diverse forms, I discovered and deepened my physical and energetic voice. These explorations opened windows onto the souls of the characters I portrayed and the beautiful humans in my community.
Over the years, I honed the skill of listening intently and intuitively to my body's feedback and others'.
In 2015, my career took a transformative turn. Leveraging my expertise as an actor and understanding the mind-body connection, psyche, and emotional landscape, I began sharing these gifts through the art of teaching yoga.
The integration of my passion for bodywork and sound with yoga teaching became a natural progression. What started as alignment-based hands-on yoga assists in my Vinyasa and Yin classes evolved into energetic assisting and touch with live singing—a unique offering that resonated with students seeking a deeper experience, coming back for more.
The call to deepen and refine my gifts grew louder, propelling me onto a path of learning and experiencing new modalities. I've since trained in advanced yoga assisting techniques, become a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, delved into the world of Zenthai Shiatsu Bodywork, and mastered the skilful use of acupressure and myofascial release.
This healing journey has been nurtured by my passion for Chinese medicine and the mentoring of my acupuncturists. Together, we've explored the holistic connections of meridian lines, organ pairing, energetic elemental understanding, and the benefits of acupressure, cupping, guasha, and moxa.
Driven by my love for yoga, its philosophy, my gifted hands, intuition, and dedication to bodywork and sound, I've arrived here—to offer and hold a safe space for healing.
As a healer, my approach is to guide, leading you deeper within and offering tools for empowerment and safety on your healing journey.
I'm here to share the medicine for you to take, receive, and digest, supporting your well-being in all its layers.
Together, we discern obstacles to expansion and growth, holding space with compassion, integrity, inclusivity, honesty, and care.
Let's dive in, get curious, look beneath, and continue evolving on our path—remembering who we are and what we are meant to do.
This journey is about healing the body in all its layers and nurturing the soul, making each session a heartfelt journey to well-being for a heart-led life.
